Don ' t download electronic resources in batch or via search engines;
Don ' t provide proxy service for off-campus users;
Don ' t use electronic resources for commercial purpose.

For those who violate the rules, your IP address will be blocked and cannot use library ' s electronic resources any longer. Furthermore, the violators ' name will be posted on the library ' s website to criticism.

For the extremely severe violators, you will be subjected to the punishment from university administration, and will be subjected to corresponding legal duty if break the law.
