Self-service photocopiers are card-operated. They are located in the Arts Library and the Science Library. For more details, please see also the following table. These photocopiers produce single or double-sided copies and offer facilities for text enlargement or reduction.

• For the visitors and the public, who can purchase photocopying cards with their ID Certificates, an initial cost of 12.5 RMB is charged for the photocopying card.
• For Fudan students, faculty and staff, who can purchase a photocopying card with their Campus ID Card (eCard), there's no initial cost for the photocopying card. And if losing the card, they can purchase a new card and have to pay the initial cost of 12.5 RMB.
• An A4 photocopy is charged 0.10 RMB.
• Please keep the photocopying card carefully, because the loss of cards cannot be reported.
• Elders can ask the library office's staff help for photocopying in case of inconvenience to do it by themselves.
